Marley Middle School Mission Statement:
The mission of Marley Middle School, a learning community, is to provide an instructionally challenging, orderly, and caring environment where all individuals can reach their greatest potential and become lifelong learners.


Marley Junior High School opened September 5, 1958 with an enrollment of 1506 seventh, eighth, and ninth grade students and continues to serve the community well with few changes along the way.
However, in the summer of 1989, Marley Junior High School became Marley Middle School. In addition to the name change on the exterior or the building, the grade-level structure changed from grades 7, 8, and 9; to grades 6, 7, and 8.

We are now nearing the time to say good-bye to this well-used building as we are in the planning stages of constructing a new building. Our new middle school will be located on the existing property and is designed to comfortably accommodate 900 students.
